Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing via email at VMwareExploreUSRegistration@vmware-events.com.If you cancel prior to 5:00 PM PDT on July 25, 2025, you will receive a full refund.

 

Hôtel Reservations

Explore Las Vegas has an event room block at The Venetian Resort in both the Venetian and Palazzo towers for $175 per night plus taxes and fees. To secure a room at the discounted event rate, make your hotel arrangements via the Explore hotel booking tool after you complete registration.

Room block access closes on July 18 at 6:00 PM PDT.

You are also free to make your own reservations directly with the hotel of your choice if you would like to book outside of the Explore hotel block.
